Terms and Conditions

• Entries close at 5.00pm on Tuesday 29 December 2009.  Entries received after this date will not be accepted.
• Two winners will be drawn every Wednesday from 30 December 2009 to 27 January 2010.  All entries received by 5.00pm on Tuesday 29 December 2009 will be included in each draw.
• The first two valid entries from each prize draw will win the prize.
• Prize winners will be contacted the same day as the draw, by either phone or email using the contact details provided on the entry form. If the prize winner cannot be contacted by 5pm the following Thursday the prize will be redrawn.
• Entries must be submitted on the official competition forms.
• Only one prize per person.
• Winners will be required to claim prizes in person and must produce photo identification on collection.
• The prize must be redeemed between 30 December 2009 and 7 February 2010.
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
• The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• The promoter is New Plymouth District Council.
• Elected members, employees of New Plymouth District Council and their immediate family (Parents, Siblings, Partner, Children) are not eligible for entry.
• The judges’ decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of the competition terms and conditions.
• Privacy statement:  The collection and use of personal information by New Plymouth District Council is regulated by the Privacy Act 1993.  All personal information provided by you will be used only for the purposes of this competition and will be destroyed at the conclusion of the competition.
